Can you name the girls in this picture?

I am sure that you know who the girl in the middle is. Of course it is Linda. The one on the left is Kathy Holt and the girl on the right is Judy Parks. How many of you could remember their names? They get together from time to time and have a good old time gabbing and catching up. Today was one of those times. Linda and Judy were friends almost from the time they were born. Judy would hang out a lot at our house in the junior high and high school years. Sometimes we thought she was ours. Remember Ethel and Harriet? How we used to laugh at them when they would get going in their routines. Kathy is now Kathy ? and she lives in ?. She is the stake Relief Society President and it is a 2½ hour drive from one end of the stake to the other. Judy lives in Cache Valley, Utah.

Brian and Leslie come home

Welcome home Brian and Leslie!
After 3 looooong years Brian and Leslie arrived home from the Mexico Tijuanna Mission where he presided as mission president. I can never tell you how wonderful it was to see them both. We missed them so much and it will be nice to have them home again. I thought they would never get off the plane and make it to where we were all waiting for them. Leslie, Tony and Brian. Tony's girlfriend, Caitlin is kind of hidden by Brian's shoulder.

Cindy Gets Married to Rob

This is Cindy and Rob's house.

Canada Air Jazz airplane

This is one of the ways to get to Dawson Creek. It's about 1,400 miles from Centerville. It's almost like you can't get there from here.

Ma and Pa Kettle

An Elk at a Wild Game Farm

We saw this guy a a wild game farm near Dawson Creek. The kids fed him and the other Elk whole wheat hot dog buns. The like it (the kids and the elk of course). They called him by name and he came to the fence.

A Field of Canola

This is a field of Canola (Canola Oil) across the street from Cindy & Rob's. It's just starting to develop the flower buds that hold the Canola oil. The color changes almost daily until it gets a real dark yellow. This field is as far in length as a person can see. The whole country side around Dawson Creek has yellow patches. They also grow a lot of alfalfa.
